N.J. Stat. Ann. § 19:34-16

Removal, destruction, mutilation of registry, voters' lists

Known as the Fair Campaign Practices Act

The act spans §§ 19:34-1 to 19:34-9 (64 sections).

A person who shall remove, destroy or mutilate any registry list or copy thereof, or who before an election closes shall remove, destroy or mutilate any list of voters posted in accordance with this title, shall be guilty of a crime of the third degree.
