Voters having more than one place of residence; authority to file statement

Known as the Voting Precinct Transparency Act

The act spans §§ 19:4-1 to 19:4-4.7 (20 sections).

Any person entitled to vote in this State and who has more than 1 place of residence, may file a statement pursuant to this act.
