N.J. Stat. Ann. § 21:2-35

Violations; crime of fourth degree

Amended by L.1953, c. 21, p. 374, s. 4, eff

Any person who fails to comply with or violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a crime of the fourth degree.
