Short title

Known as the Jake Honig Compassionate Use Medical Cannabis Act

The act spans §§ 24:6I-1 to 24:6I-9 (66 sections).

1. This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Jake Honig Compassionate Use Medical Cannabis Act."
