N.J. Stat. Ann. § 24:6I-11

Grants, contributions, use of fees

Known as the Jake Honig Compassionate Use Medical Cannabis Act

The act spans §§ 24:6I-1 to 24:6I-9 (66 sections).

13. a. The commission may accept from any governmental department or agency, public or private body or any other source grants or contributions to be used in carrying out the purposes of P.L.2009, c.307 (C.24:6I-1 et al.).

b. All fees collected pursuant to P.L.2009, c.307 (C.24:6I-1 et al.), including those from qualifying patients, designated and institutional caregivers, and initial, modification and renewal applications for alternative treatment centers, including medical cannabis cultivators, medical cannabis manufacturers, medical cannabis dispensaries, and clinical registrants, shall be used to offset the cost of the commission's administration of the provisions of P.L.2009, c.307 (C.24:6I-1 et al.).
