Inapplicability of act to compel individual to submit to medical or health department examination or supervision

Known as the Juvenile Terminal Illness Assistance Act

The act spans §§ 26:2-100 to 26:2-99 (181 sections).

Nothing in this act shall be construed to compel any individual to submit to medical or health department examination or supervision.
