N.J. Stat. Ann. § 26:8-40.9

Violation as disorderly conduct

L.1942, c. 243, p. 664, s. 3.

Any employer violating any of the provisions of this act shall be adjudged a disorderly person and shall be proceeded against and punished pursuant to the provisions of the disorderly persons law.
