N.J. Stat. Ann. § 27:24A-8

8. If any provision of P.L.2025, c.300 (C.27:24A-1 et seq.) or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect any other provision or application of P.L.2025, c.300 (C.27:24A-1 et seq.) which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of P.L.2025, c.300 (C.27:24A-1 et seq.) are severable.
