N.J. Stat. Ann. § 2A:17-66

Receiver; appointment

L.1951 (1st SS), c.344; amended 1991,c.91,s.46.

In aid of execution, the Superior Court may, on application of either the judgment creditor or the defendant and in its discretion, order the appointment of a receiver of the property and things in action belonging or due to or held in trust for the judgment debtor as aforesaid, at the time of the recovery of the judgment or at any time thereafter. The court may, at any time and in its discretion, order the receiver to give bond for the faithful performance of his duties, in an amount and with such security as it may by order prescribe.
