Promulgation of rules and regulations; change of county

Known as the September 11th, 2001 Anti-Terrorism Act

L.2025, c.291, s.12.

12. a. The Attorney General, in conjunction with the State Parole Board, and in consultation with the Ocean County Prosecutor and Ocean County Sheriff and any other entities that the Attorney General deems necessary, including, but not limited to, local victim service providers and abuse intervention programs, shall promulgate rules and regulations to effectuate the provisions of P.L.2025, c.291 (C.2C:25-32.1 et al.).

b. If the Attorney General, while promulgating rules and regulations to effectuate the provisions of P.L.2025, c.291 (C.2C:25-32.1 et al.) pursuant to subsection a. of this section, determines that a county other than Ocean County may be a more effective venue for the pilot program, the Attorney General may change the county in which the pilot program is established.
