Electric monitoring device tampering, removal, vandalism

Known as the September 11th, 2001 Anti-Terrorism Act

4. Any person who tampers with, removes, or vandalizes an electronic monitoring device worn or utilized by a defendant pursuant to P.L.2025, c.291 (C.2C:25-32.1 et al.) is guilty of a crime of the third degree.
