Effective date

Known as the Mine Safety Act

The act spans §§ 34:6-119.1 to 34:6-98.9 (97 sections).

L.1954, c. 197, p. 745, s. 18.

This act shall take effect October 1, 1954, providing however, that sections 3 and 12 of this act shall take effect immediately.
