N.J. Stat. Ann. § 34:8D-13

14. The rights and obligations established by P.L.2023, c.10 (C.34:8D-1 et al.) shall be in addition to those set forth in P.L.1960, c.39 (C.56:8-1 et seq.) and any rules or regulations promulgated thereunder; P.L.1989, c.331 (C.34:8-43 et seq.) and any rules or regulations promulgated thereunder; and any other applicable law, rule, or regulation.
