Short title

Known as the Motor Vehicle Transaction Modernization Act

The act spans §§ 39:10-1 to 39:10-9.5 (61 sections).

Amended by L.1946, c. 136, p. 622, s. 1.

This chapter may be known and cited as the "motor vehicle certificate of ownership law."
