Violations of chapter; penalties
Known as the Motor Vehicle Transaction Modernization Act
The act spans §§ 39:10-1 to 39:10-9.5 (61 sections).
A person who purposely or knowingly violates a provision of this chapter for which a specific penalty is not provided herein shall be subject to the penalty provided in section 2 of P.L.2003, c.217 (C.2C:21-4.8).
