N.J. Stat. Ann. § 45:17A-30.1

Caller identification blocking technology, use by solicitors, prohibited

Known as the Charitable Registration and Investigation Act

The act spans §§ 45:17A-18 to 45:17A-40 (24 sections).

13. Any person soliciting contributions shall not be permitted to use technology that blocks caller identification telephone systems used by any person in this State.
