N.J. Stat. Ann. § 52:13C-30

Willful falsification; fourth degree crime

Known as the Legislative and Governmental Process Activities Disclosure Act

The act spans §§ 52:13C-18 to 52:13C-36 (32 sections).

13. Any person who knowingly and willfully falsifies all or any part of any statement, notice or report under this act shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a crime of the fourth degree.
