1. Sections 1 through 3 of P.L.1997, c.349 (C.54:10A-5.28 through 54:10A-5.30) and section 4 of P.L.2013, c.14 (C.54A:4-13) shall be known and may be cited as the "New Jersey Angel Investor Tax Credit Act."
