N.J. Stat. Ann. § 58:27-1

Short title

Known as the New Jersey Wastewater Treatment Privatization Act

This act shall be known and may be cited as the "New Jersey Wastewater Treatment Privatization Act." L. 1985, c. 72, s. 1, eff. March 11, 1985.
