§ 1-14-1 NMSA 1978

Contest of elections; who may contest

1953 Comp., § 3-14-1, enacted by Laws 1969, ch. 240, § 326.

Any unsuccessful candidate for nomination or election to any public office may contest the election of the candidate to whom a certificate of nomination or a certificate of election has been issued.
