Referendum petitions; false certification; penalty

1953 Comp., § 3-17-7, enacted by Laws 1969, ch. 240, § 392.

Falsely certifying to the statements contained in the certificate required of persons soliciting signatures on a referendum petition is a fourth degree felony.
