Precincts; exclusions

Known as the Precinct Boundary Adjustment Act

The act spans §§ 1–1 (22 sections).

1953 Comp., § 3-3-10, enacted by Laws 1975, ch. 255, § 33; 1991 (1st S.S.), ch. 6, § 5.

As used in Chapter 1, Article 3 NMSA 1978, "precinct" shall not include absent voter precinct.
