§ 12-11-1 NMSA 1978

Short title

Known as the Disaster Succession Act

1953 Comp., § 4-18-1, enacted by Laws 1959, ch. 137, § 1.

This act [ 12-11-1 to 12-11-10 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "Disaster Succession Act."
