§ 13-4-4 NMSA 1978

[Contracts in violation declared void.]

Laws 1933, ch. 50, § 4; 1941 Comp., § 6-504; 1953 Comp., § 6-6-4.

All contracts executed in violation of this act [ 13-4-1 to 13-4-4 NMSA 1978] shall be void and of no effect.
