Sale of bonds

Known as the Game and Fish Bond Act

Bonds issued under the Game and Fish Bond Act shall be sold at public or private sale as determined by the state game commission [state wildlife commission]. If sold at public sale, the chairman of the commission shall give notice of the time, place and terms of the sale by publication in a newspaper of general circulation published in Santa Fe, New Mexico, not less than twenty days nor more than sixty days prior to the sale date.
