§ 20-11-6 NMSA 1978

Employment discrimination prohibited; penalty

1978 Comp., § 20-11-6, enacted by Laws 1987, ch. 318, § 84.

Any person who wilfully violates Section 20-4-6 or Section 20-5-14 NMSA 1978 is guilty of a misdemeanor.
