Termination of scholarships

Known as the New Mexico Scholars Act

The act spans §§ 21–21 (9 sections).

A scholarship is terminated upon the substantial noncompliance by the award recipient with the New Mexico Scholars Act or the rules promulgated by the department pursuant to that act.
