§ 30-14-3 NMSA 1978

Penalty

1953 Comp., § 40A-14-4, enacted by Laws 1965, ch. 115, § 2.

Any person who violates Section 1 [ 30-14-2 NMSA 1978] of this act is guilty of a misdemeanor.
