The attorney general and the New Mexico office of Indian affairs [Indian affairs department] are authorized jointly to promulgate necessary regulations, pursuant to the Administrative Procedures Act [ 12-8-1 to 12-8-25 NMSA 1978], to further the purpose and implement the provisions of the Indian Arts and Crafts Sales Act [ 30-33-1 to 30-33-11 NMSA 1978].
