Effect of noncompliance

Known as the Victims of Crime Act

The act spans §§ 31–31 (17 sections).

Laws 1994, ch. 144, § 14.

A person accused or convicted of a crime against a victim shall have no standing to object to any failure by any person to comply with the provisions of the Victims of Crime Act.
