§ 32A-30-3 NMSA 1978

Office of child advocate; created

Known as the Office of Child Advocate Act

The act spans §§ 32–32 (15 sections).

The "office of child advocate" is created and is administratively attached to the office of the attorney general pursuant to Section 9-1-7 NMSA 1978. The office shall maintain autonomy over the office's budget and any decisions the office may take.
