§ 45-2-501 NMSA 1978

Who may make will

Known as the Uniform Disclaimer of Property Interests Act

The act spans §§ 45-2-1001 to 45-2-914 (118 sections).

An individual eighteen or more years of age who is of sound mind or an emancipated minor who is of sound mind may make a will.
