Short title

Known as the Uniform Prudent Investor Act

1978 Comp., § 45-7-601, enacted by Laws 1995, ch. 210, § 82.

Sections 45-7-601 through 45-7-612 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Uniform Prudent Investor Act".
