Short title

Known as the Building Unit Ownership Act

The act spans §§ 47–47 (29 sections).

This act [ 47-7-1 to 47-7-25, 47-7-26 to 47-7-28 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "Building Unit Ownership Act."
