§ 47-9-7 NMSA 1978

Frivolous lawsuits

Known as the Right to Farm Act

The act spans §§ 47–47 (7 sections).

1978 Comp., § 47-9-7, enacted by Laws 1991, ch. 129, § 5.

If a court determines that any action alleging that an agricultural operation is a nuisance is frivolous, the court may award reasonable costs and attorneys' fees to the defendant.
