§ 5-4-1 NMSA 1978

[Governmental unit subject to act.]

1941 Comp., § 71-1001, enacted by Laws 1945, ch. 67, § 1; 1953 Comp., § 6-4-1.

This act [ 5-4-1 to 5-4-9 NMSA 1978] shall apply to all municipalities, counties and school districts of the state of New Mexico.
