§ 6-14-4 NMSA 1978

Short title

Known as the Public Securities Limitation of Action Act

1953 Comp., § 11-11-1, enacted by Laws 1975, ch. 350, § 1.

This act [ 6-14-4 to 6-14-7 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "Public Securities Limitation of Action Act."
