Short title

Known as the Public Securities Short-Term Interest Rate Act

The act spans §§ 6–6 (17 sections).

This act [ 6-18-1 to 6-18-16 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "Public Securities Short-Term Interest Rate Act."
