Nothing in this 2011 act [ 6-8-7, 6-8-23 NMSA 1978] shall prejudice or impair the rights of a qui tam plaintiff pursuant to the Fraud Against Taxpayers Act [ 44-9-1 to 44-9-14 NMSA 1978].
