Crime; cheating

Known as the New Mexico Bingo and Raffle Act

The act spans §§ 60–60 (572 sections).

A person who knowingly cheats at any game is guilty of a fourth degree felony and upon conviction shall be sentenced pursuant to the provisions of Section 31-18-15 NMSA 1978.
