Short title

Known as the Off-Highway Motor Vehicle Act

The act spans §§ 66–66 (277 sections).

Sections 66-3-1001 through 66-3-1016 [and 66-3-1017 to 66-3-1020] NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Off-Highway Motor Vehicle Act".
