Uniformity of application and construction

Known as the Uniform Unclaimed Property Act

The act spans §§ 7–7 (32 sections).

The Uniform Unclaimed Property Act (1995) shall be applied and construed to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law with respect to the subject of that act among states enacting it.
