§ 71-6-1 NMSA 1978

Short title

Known as the Solar Energy Development Act

1953 Comp., § 4-37-1, enacted by Laws 1975, ch. 83, § 1.

This act [ 71-6-1 to 71-6-3 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "Solar Energy Development Act."
