§ 73-20-25 NMSA 1978

Short title

Known as the Soil and Water Conservation District Act

1953 Comp., § 45-5-42, enacted by Laws 1965, ch. 137, § 1; 1973, ch. 324, § 1; 1977, ch. 254, § 56; 2003, ch. 88, § 1.

Sections 73-20-25 through 73-20-48 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Soil and Water Conservation District Act".
