§ 77-16-2 NMSA 1978

Definition

1953 Comp., § 47-17-1.1, enacted by Laws 1977, ch. 189, § 2.

As used in Article 16 of Chapter 77 [NMSA 1978], "livestock" shall include domestic animals such as cattle, horses, sheep, hogs, goats and buffaloes.
