Attorney general; cooperation of agencies

1953 Comp., § 4-1-4, enacted by Laws 1971, ch. 138, § 2.

A. The attorney general shall provide, upon request, legal opinion and advice to the lieutenant governor.

B. All state agencies shall cooperate with the lieutenant governor in the performance of his duties.
