Short title

Known as the Department of Finance and Administration Act

The act spans §§ 9–9 (24 sections).

Sections 9-6-1 through 9-6-5.2, 9-6-15, 9-6-16 and 9-6-20 [9-6-21] NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Department of Finance and Administration Act".
