§ 9-7-2 NMSA 1978

Definitions

Known as the Department of Health Act

The act spans §§ 9–9 (33 sections).

As used in the Department of Health Act:

A. "department" means the department of health created under the Department of Health Act; and

B. "secretary" means the secretary of health.
