NRS 115.030

Tenants in common: Declaration of homestead

[Part 1:72:1865; A 1879, 140; 1949, 51; 1943 NCL § 3315]

Tenants in common may declare for homestead rights upon their respective estates in lands, and the improvements thereon; and hold and enjoy homestead rights and privileges therein, subject to the rights of their cotenants, to enforce partition of such common property as in other cases of tenants in common.
