Use of audio or video teleconference for hearings

Known as the Uniform Common-Interest Ownership Act

The Commission or a hearing panel may conduct a hearing by means of an audio or video teleconference to one or more locations if the audio or video technology used at the hearing provides the persons present at each location with the ability to hear and communicate with the persons present at each other location.
